Delivery Policy

What are the shipping fees?
Malibu Games delivery charges are set depending on the accumulation of weight of each order.  Items vary in size and weight. Every item is assigned an individual shipping charge. A collection of items will be charged differently but will still be based on the total accumulation of weight. The shipping charge will be clearly displayed before any billing information is required from customers.
Deliveries can only be made to UK Mainland address only, excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands & Eire. Should you live outside these areas please contact us for a quotation of the shipping charge to your location.

How long do deliveries take to arrive?
Deliveries generally take from between 5 and 10 working days to arrive at their destination. The date of delivery is only an estimate and in rare cases orders do arrive later than anticipated.
Customers are not advised to make firm plans which are dependent on the delivery of the items you order from Malibu Games which as a result may cause costs to be incurred to yourself. Malibu Games cannot make compensation as a result of costs incurred for late, missing, damaged, or alternate goods delivered.

Deliveries may require assistance
Couriers companies including TNT and CitiLink are used to deliver our items. Please be aware that courier vehicles are usually manned alone, and therefore bulky orders may require your assistance to get your items to your desired room/location of property/gaming area. Courier drivers are not insured to enter the property of customers and may deliver as close as is possible to the desired room/location of property/gaming area.

What to do if there is a problem with the delivery?
If your order does not arrive when is anticipated, please visit the customer service contact area of our site. Please quote the order number in the conformation email sent to your desired email address on completion of your order and specify some comments. We will endeavour to contact you detailing the status of the order.


Returns Policy

7 Day no quibble Returns
To return an item which is not damaged or faulty and is being returned through choice of the customer, a notification must have been provided with 7 days of delivery. Please contact us using the customer service contact area, should you wish to return an item. Items must be in the exact condition as when sent out and must be in the original packaging as sent out. Should this not be the case the item may potentially not be accepted as a return.

If the item condition is such that it can be resold and is in its original packaging a refund (which does not include the shipping charge) will be reimbursed to the customer. You can specify whether you would like us to arrange collection of the item or you would like to send the item back to us direct. Arranging collection through us may be more time consuming than arranging for yourself. We cannot guarantee an exact date of collection. Items delivered cannot be exchanged or returned if we are not notified within 7 days of delivery.

Return Guidelines

  • Visit the customer service contact facility to notify us of a possible return, quoting your order number
  • Please give accurate details of why you wish to return the item
  • Please specify if you require the item to be collected or you would rather return the item yourself
  • Please note that any item delivered cannot be exchanged or returned if we are not notified within 7 days of delivery.
